Where in the world did you get lions blood????? Actually that is code word for, girlfriend at the time but much older. Now we just call them cougars. lol...that just aint right. Glad I wasn't drinking anything

I have no idea what the "lion's blood" actually was, but it was dried blood from something, and it was sold in little bags at local garden stores as a deer repellant.

Sad but true. My parents are from Wisconsin, and I was born there, but until I was 14 I grew up at the outer edge of the huge "burbs" surrounding the San Francisco Bay area.

It will work; I have used it, also works on rabbitts. Oh yea it worked for me as long as it was there, then I would replinish and be good again.

I have pictures of deer in my grandparents garden standing against a post with ivory soap on top of it... with a pie pan on a string... and (don't ask) a milk jug full of urine...
As someone else said... it MAY work for a WHILE.
The electric fence worked the best, but did no good for the rabbits.
