Shot my knight T-Bolt with a 209 Primer and 100 grains of powder 6 times. Dead center but will not come up above 4 inches low. clicked it up repeatedly over 24 clicks at 25 yards still low. It has a 4X fixed scope on over under rings so I can use iron sights, but it still wont' come up. Suggestions?

sounds like the reticle disc/plate is stuck, I would try turning the adj. down to see if it moves that way, then back up. It might free it up. OR tap the top and side of the scope to see if it breaks free.
I had a scope do that yrs ago, same thing

Luepold recommends you go one or two clicks past where you want it and then come back.
