Just wondering if a person could get a buck aged at TWRA office? If so which ones, and is there a charge(which i'd gladly pay).

Just post a pic of the antlers on here, and the resident experts will age it. JUST KIDDING! Post a pic of the jaw bone, not antlers

You will need a lower jawbone. Call your regional office ahead of a trip and make sure a wildlife biologist is in the office, and I'm pretty sure that they would be glad to take a look at it for you.

Called office in Jackson, they gave me telephone number to Bartlett and name of Sam. Sam Murry was very polite and knowledgeable person to talk with, asked pertinent questions, looked at lower jaw bone and rack and gave me a age for my deer. Many thanks.......

Sam is a great guy, and is very knowledgeable. He is the son of the late Jack Murrey, who was the major player in our turkey restoration program, so Sam comes by it naturally.
I'm glad it worked out for you.
