I was out with my daughter on the youth hunt and saw all kinds of turkeys but she has a gun lisc. I have a sportsman lisc. could I have killed turkeys then with a bow? I did not think I could so I left the bow at the house. For some reason I was thinking you can take the turkeys while you are deer hunting and since I could not hunt that weekend it would not be legal.

There was not a legal deer season open for you during the youth hunt weekend, so it would have been illegal for you to hunt either deer or turkey.
