Just bought the Optima with the fluted barrel. What should I shoot out of it?

240gr hornady bullet with green crushed harvester sabots with 100gr of 777 is what I shoot.

This one here at the house has dropped a pile of deer with 80 grs. of 2f Goex and the Lightfield Alpha Gold 300's.

100gr blackhorn209 cci 209m primer and a 250gr Thor.
Just shot this 100 yard group with the load above aprox 45 minutes ago.

100gr pyrodex pellets, 295gr powerbelt, 209 primer. I bought a few boxes of pyrodex and powerbelts years ago and haven't run out yet. They have worked well out of my CVA Optima Pro thus far.
A lot of guys here do not care for the powerbelts - I haven't lost a deer yet (knock on wood) and hope I don't this coming weekend if lucky enough to see and shoot one. With that being said, as soon as I run out of them I think I will looking into other bullets/powder combos.

110gr of 777 powder with 300gr hornady sst red sobats.

is switched to shockwaves this year and seem to hold good groups but dont know how they do on deer....so I can tell you what i didnt have good luck with....I was shooting the hornady lok n loads which held group ok, but the three does i shot with them passed right through the deer and never dropped a deer, they always ran, it was like they werent expanding and doing what they were supposed to do so i switched.
