Thinkin about making a bit of a project out of the 597 I got off baldntatted.
I was thinkin about taking the barrel/action out of the stock, taping off and covering everything that dont need to get primer/paint in or on it and doing a desert camo paint job on the barrel and stock.
If I cleaned both really good and got a good base for the primer to hold on, would rattle can paint stick good enough to the barrel and stock or would it damage them in any way?

the krylon camo fusion paints u get at walmart stick pretty good on stocks . the one i had painted that bass fishing deerblaster wanted i had to have them blast it twice to get it off so i guess it stuck pretty good .
all i done to the stock was wiped it down good in 91% alcahol first
