Changes in Alabama rig law?

There are rumors at the local tackle shops that there are changes to the Alabama rig law to allow 3 hooks on a 5 wire rig with 3 baits and two dummy baits. Is this correct?

Well TWRA released a statement just as I was posting this. Changes start March 1st.
