Selling one of my small caplocks to fund another flinter....
Traditions Crockett, .32 caliber 1:48 twist. 32" barrel with primitive fixed sights.
Internally the rifle is in as new condition with strong, bright rifling, zero pitting & no dark spots whatsoever. I'm VERY particular when it comes to cleaning my smokepoles!
Externally, it has a few scars in the wood, although nothing major.
The bluing has been completely stripped from all parts & I've given the metalwork a nice, antique grey, mottled finish.
The stock also sports a few decorative tacks.
This little rifle is extremely accurate with a .310 ball, .018 patch & either 8 or 32 grains of Goex FFFG.
Perfect for squirrel hunting, or to get a youngster started in Muzzleloaders!

I'll be up this weekend David. FCF draw hunt, but I'm thinking I may have to pack along my longrifle & take a jaunt into the forestry.
