I have a question and maybe a suggestion. In the fishing book there is a lisc.

Mentally Challenged (Type 199) sport fish only
Must be receiving SSI Benefits due to cognitive impairment.

Why is there not a way for these people to get reduced fee hunting lisc also?

Has this ever been brought up and is there a reason for this. My daughter is in the process of getting approved for SSI and I know there are some other discounts that they can get through the Federal programs IE Access pass. But we seem to be carving out some of these groups for some things but not others. I know there are safety concerns but I think those things could be addressed and are not part of the reason for the benefit for reduced lisc fees.
