What are the hours of the check in station? i cant seem to find this info in the guide

I don't think there is a set time but I know I have seen them there around 10-11 am but if they are not there you can check at the market down the road. I think they said that there are more working when the shotgun seasons open. There was not many hunting with bow this year.
