type 094 required for decatur co. does with gun?

hello. normaly i hunt in putnam and dekalb co. {unit A} and i generaly buy my license as i need them instead of the annual sportsman license. and i have bought the type 094 in the past for the limited chance to shoot does in dekalb co. in late december but my inlaws from west tn just purchased 100 acres in decatur co. {unit L} on the tennessee river. my question is all of unit L open to 3/day antlerless with a regular type 009 license during the gun season or do i need a type 094 to take antlerless deer during the regular gun season in decatur co? thanks, either way i look forward to hopefully getting some meat in west tn this year! maybe horns if im real lucky!!!

All of the Special Season hunts, including the one in Unit L require a tpye 94.

ok cool, i will pick one up then, also my father in law has some type of veteran or disabled veteran permanent type license for tn. i know he doesnt have to buy his hunting/fishing license each year, but would he need a 094 th hunt does in the same situation? sorry i dont his his license typenumber

Yes, he will need the type 94. He is covered for licenses, but not permits.

The father in law would meet the landowner exemption on his own land and would not need a license or the type 94.
The son in law does not qualify for any landowner exemption status on that land.
