wanting to convert my old Knight over to 209 primer. All I can find is a kit for 85 bucks. Antbody know where I can get a better deal than that.

Buy the breech plug, and form a nipple on your bolt. That's all the kit is.

If you know someone who could weld, they could put a bead in there. Then, you could dremel it smooth.

Both my LK93's use Musket caps. I changed the nipple out, and it was pretty inexpensive. The musket caps are just as big as the 209 and provide plenty of fire. RH

Both my LK93's use Musket caps. I changed the nipple out, and it was pretty inexpensive. The musket caps are just as big as the 209 and provide plenty of fire. RH
Unless your going to shoot BH209 which is not recommended in a plunger gun, I would do just as robinhedd suggested: get a muskett cap nipple and a box of muskett caps. Plenty of fire for Pyrodex and 777.

I like the plastis jacket.That was the main reason for switching over. I like the water proof aspect of it.
