M and P Sport ammo?

I got an M and P Sport and am looking to buy some bulk ammo from Sportsman Guide or somewhere? It seems like the dealer told me not to shoot steel cased shells out of it.
Is this correct?
Also of all the bulk ammo you can buy any brands to stay away from or brands you would recommend.

Some people shoot it some don't.I personally don't but thats just me.As for having a gun that specifically says not to,I don't know of any.Some say it's harder on the ejector,extractor and feed ramps.As for which ammo to stay away from,some people shot Wolf,Tula and Golden Bear without a glitch and some experience failures to feed and failures to extract.Maybe just get a couple of boxes and see how your gun does with it.

I have, but you have to keep a check on the build-up of the laquer. It could make extraction of the case somewhat difficult.
