How would my daughter check in a deer tomorrow if she does happen to shoot one she has a TN lifetime sportsman permit.

My daughter also has a lifetime sportsman license. I think all that is required is that you carry your deer to a check-in station just like normal, although she doesn't have a tag.
Is that what you are referring to by your question?

Just have the lifetime license card and check it in like you would any other deer (in her name of course), she won't have a temp tag for the first harvest, but she will follow normal tagging procedures the rest of the season.

Sure, there's no difference between adults and juveniles how you check in deer. In fact, kids probably know the Internet better than most adults these days.

We checked out my son's deer this morning and it was simple and easy. He handed the lady his life time card and she typed it all in. Simple... the kill tag had his name and everything on it.
