bet that is good. have not tried wild turkey myself. but must be good with the habaneros, which when used right give stuff a good flavor.

Pretty dang good on grilled zucchini and grilled backstrap...I'm gonna try that bottle of Louisana Jalepeno suace that's been sitting at the cabin for about 5 years when I go back up there tonight. I'll report back on that.
