my grandpa laughs at me throwing the heads away and said brains are the best part of the squirrel. I told him that I'll just have to take his word on it!
My grandmother used to cook the brains with eggs I remember them being pretty good.

Ya my grandfather asks for all the heads I cut off so that he can have brains and eggs. Not my cup of tea but more power to him.
