I think I have An ir6 not sure how to tell and dont have the paperwork anymore. It started out making great pics. This Summer I started getting all white pics at times and thought it was just camera setup Last two times I pulled the cards when I tried to view pics it says that folder is empty but card shows lots of space has been used. Has anyone else had this problem

Unfortunately I can offer no help other than to recommend that you consider other camera brands for your next purchase.

i had this problem with my wildview cam. Customer service told me to shut cam down take batteries out. Then power back up to reboot.Step 2, i was told to clear reformat sd card, useing the camera to do this. Clear cameras memory also. I told the lady i didnt think this would work. She said try befor sending it back. I did what they ask and it worked ,I dont get white out pics now.

Their product is crap IMO. I've had 3 of them fail but only when left out during rainy weather...
