Does anyone know where I can still buy some old fashioned fffg black powder near Cookeville? Outdoor Junction doesn't have it and I don't want to pay the huge hazmat charges ordering online

Dave's Pawn shop in Crossville has it but it's EXPENSIVE there, not sure if the Cookeville store does.

I've heard Bend of the River does but don't know for sure.

Called Bend of the River and they do have it for about $20 per lb.
