Are these two buck still really young or do they have some genetics issues? Should I take them out of the gene pool or leave them along? Not really good at the ageing.

as BSK always says.....you can't take them out of the gene pool. BTW, they are young. If you get a chance, read some studies about spikes and their potential. I did and it really helped. Soil/Food are about the most important component to antler growth.
