I drew the quota hunt for early November and wondered if anyone on here knew much about the area. I have been there before a long time ago and don't remember much. Any help would be appreciated.

You don't have up go far from office to see monsters. I would recommend hunting as close to the no hunting area as you can that's where they will head to when the quota hunt army shows up. Or on the river it's thick in there.

It's safe to say he had several preference points. At least someone in group had them anyway.

Thanks for the input. I applied for 5 years to draw this hunt. A good friend years ago hunted across the road from the WMA on the old l&N railroad goose property and it was the first year they hunted the refuge. His pictures were like something out of a north woods magazine trophy bucks out the wazoo. There were also a lot of deer shot and simply and had their heads cut off. Things have changed alot since then. The bow season and a gun hunt every year has reduced the trophy potential for sure. I'm going in blind I just wondered if anyone might steer me somewhere they had previously hunted. I am familiar with the area and have scoured the maps but it's probably all the same game just hope you're in a place one comes by.
