2-3 liberal SCOTUS judges, 1st and 2nd amendment degradation, socialized medicine, higher taxes, higher fuel and food prices, over regulation, super Inflation, further devaluing of the dollar, additional massive debt, eventual austerity, UN jurisdiction, fiscal cliff, etc.
Basically the end of the country in its current form, but that's just my opinion.
