It helps when your shooting a consistent powder like Blackhorn. Nice going and good luck.

Looks like you found an accurate powder, bullet, and sabot combination.

Did you have to order the special breech plug for the blackhorn? I just bought an optima and thought of trying the blackhorn but saw that they had a special breech plug for it. Just wondered if it was really necessary.

Nope and I have the one before the speed breech. Shot prob 15-16 rounds and never had an issue using the CCI209M primer

I like your target holder. I use those too. Whenever I get low, I look for these election signs posted in public right away and collect a dozen or so. It does seem that the signs are getting a little flimsy lately. I'm hoping with the presidential election that there will be good quality signs.
Signs placed in public right away have the same legal status as litter.

I also called cva and ordered the bh breech plug. Using cci209m primers and packing that powder right no misfires and especially no lock delay. Order the bh plug you'll be glad you did.

I collected the auction signs from where I bought my house (after the auction of course). They're about twice as thick as most of the election signs I've seen. They work great.
