Don't get me wrong, not exactly a super main event and I think Silva will pick Bonnar apart but Bonnar has an iron chin that can take a few of Silva's strikes and enough power where he could shock the world, not likely but possible.

I think the UFC has lost its shine. Once these guys started getting really paid, they lost the drive that made it great at one time. Sorta like Chris Johnson from the Titans and countless other professional athletes who seem to coast after the gravy train leaves.

None of the ones now could hang with the original fighters who first started it and fought 10 fights a night to see who was the champ

I'm gonna have to disagree with you on that one, the fighters today are way more skilled and in most cases in way better shape, thats why almost none of the originals were able to make it when fighting became more mainstream.

I'm kind of surprised that I let them once again lead me to believe this was gonna be a good fight. Silva just makes everyone fight totally different than they normally do with the lone exception of the 1st Sonnen fight, but now it looks more and more like Silva really did have busted ribs during that fight.
The only fight that makes sense in the entire sport of MMA is Jon Jones vs Anderson Silva. Anything less really is an insult. The UFC should stop everything and make that fight the number one priority.
I've kind of thought that the UFC may have missed the bus for putting together any super fight but since seeing Dana's latest comments my fingers are crossed that he may finally put politics aside and understand that this fight must happen NOW.

Silva said he absolutely will not fight Jones, there is a better chance to see Silva vs. St. Pierre

True, but I think Dana White hit it on the head when he told reporters that it's Silva's style to publicly resist such things. Unless Jones somehow gets dominated and beat in his next fight or two then the line will be blurred regarding who's the P4P best (Silva or Jones). I don't think that sits well with Silva. He's only fighting now to leave zero doubt who is the GOAT and with Jones knocking on his door I don't think he will be able to resist the fight for very long. Time isn't on his side though.
The GSP fight may actually happen during the 1st quarter of next year but I have serious doubts he gets past Condit. Anderson says he'd still take that fight even if GSP loses to Condit but I don't see it happening if he does because it wouldn't make as much sense.
We'll know in November whether or not Jones vs Silva will happen. If GSP loses then the door is opened for "Bones" and the "Spider" in the 4th quarter!
