Welfare spending has grown substantially over the past four years, reaching $746 billion in 2011 — or more than Social Security, basic defense spending or any other single chunk of the federal government...up 32 percent in The Bolshevik's four years in office.
Must be Bush's fault too.

And guess what, there's still poor people after all that welfare spending.
Actually, there's a lot more now........reditribution doesn't work, just brings us all down.
