Baby Portobello Mushrooms
Worcestershire Sauce
Black Pepper
Cream Cheese

Wash mushrooms, take stem and scoop some of the inside flesh out. Next pour worcestershire sauce and black pepper on the mushrooms. Take cream cheese and stuff the inside cap of shroom. Finally wrap the mushrooms up in bacon and place on grill till bacon is done.

Love Portobello 'shroom on the grill, I buy the large ones and stuff them with a mixture of dices sweet bell peppers, onion, garlic, fresh basil, salt/pepper.

Brush the dome side with olive oil, sautee all the above mentioned ingr. in a skillet, then place the mushroom dome side down and start filling the 'shroom with mixture. Sprinkle grated romano/parm cheese over that and place on the grill until the mushrooms are cooked through, I usually cover with a piece of foil to prevent the tops from getting hard/dried out to much.

Remove and serve alone or put on a large crusty roll and eat them like a dressed burger..................awesome!!!!!!!
