Well I tried a new tactic and mailed out a few letters to some out of towners. 3 of the 4 called me. One actually gave me permission. Got 84 acres. Only downfall is she will probably give anybody permission if they call her. But it's another place to at least look. Less huntin pressure hopefully. Gonna scout it here in a few weeks for the ml/gun.

Get her to let you lease it for a nominal fee. She'll probably appreciate the offer (since she's not getting anything for it now) and you will have some piece of mind no one will come in on you.
