got a rifle hunt coming up want to take the 7/08

but tired of killing them with my youth load want to try some different so i loaded up some 160 accubonds over max imr 4064 approx 2700 ish i havnt run them thru the chrony yet shot a three shot group .8 ish good enuff then went to sight it in
10 clicks to left from poi of my youth load 120 nbt at 2700 fps
and this was the result

2 shots from cool bbl

call it good

best part of all i was shooting a r-15 letting tyler shot it he says i want to shoot MY 7/08
i said boy these are max adult loads not your youth load he said im 12 its all good
he shot great
i love that boy

Yep, Give that Son of yours a big ol' hug, That is one good feeling.

When my Son said I think I'll shoot the -06 (up from 7mm08) it really made my day. I never let on till the ride home.
