What would be the rules and regulations on this situation.... Property line is also the state line between ky and tn, property owner in ky has a corn feeder about 65 yards from fence line which is also state line. Is it legal to hunt your property in tn even though there is corn within the 250 yard limit?

Not within 250 yards of the bait site.

Wow, that would suck. Someone baiting where baiting is legal, keeping you from hunting on your own land where baiting is neither occuring or legal.

with me being me I would challenge that one in court, #1, you can not control anything across property lines, #2, you can not control anything across state lines, its just the way I roll, win some loose some, would be very interesting in court

X2—especially the state line part with differing type of game laws

The state line part IMO is a nonfactor. It is not illegal to feed game in TN. It would be the same if your neighbor in TN had a feeder set up that you wanted to hunt close to.
But, that is why we have courts.

I know it would stink but TN game law would be the one that is in effect as you are hunting in TN and just because you are not the one baiting our law is not one that says you have to be the one that put the bait down only you are hunting close to the bait. While I am sure a lawyer would love to take your money and try to argue this in court for you I would not recommend it.

your input/expertiese[sp] is more that fully appreciated, its just that sometimes something has to be challenged to establish case point

Would the TN game warden have jurisdiction to even cross over into the other state to investigate, ie show proof of the baiting?

This is one case where some slack should be cut.
