Im sure this has been braught up already... but the next President will most likely appoint a few Supreme Court Justices.
Justice Scalia is 78 Justice Kennedy is 77 Justice Breyer is 76 Justice Ginsburg is 81 and not in good health Justice Stephens has already said he is ready to retire.
Just imagine Obama appointing 3 or more Justices if he were to win re-election
