I know the difference in Blackhawk and Redhawk ( single or double action right?)
But what are the major differences in Blackhawk / Super Blackhawk and Redhawk/ Super Redhawk.
Are they both set up for ability to scope.
Pros or cons to any of them....

Going by memory so Im probably wrong but its my understanding that the "super" designation has a slightly beefier frame and is machined for mounting a scope.

The standard is not.

Can anybody confirm?

I believe there is a difference in the trigger guards on the black and super blackhawks also.
The super blackhawk had a squared off trigger guard vs a round one on the blackhawk.
