If you have a welder or know someone that does, run a bead of weld part way around the race and let it cool, should fall right out once cooled.

Otherwise, they are a "pita" to remove.

I have cut them off with a die grinder and a chisel before. Its amazing how well a race can grip!

I took the axle out , put oil in around race and run a piece of re-bar all the way through and tapped with hammer !
Worked for me with the Yamaha Warriers and my Kodiak both were solid axle rearends.
Good luck and dont hit your fingers or hand

Probably your best bet ^^^^^^^^^

If they stay in too long its a job. I normally take the spindles from the front and put them in a gallon zip lock bag - then in the freezer so the races will shrink enough to knock em out.
