Thank you for your continued prayers. My son Tyler, Lexie's dad, has had a drug problem for sometime. We have tried to help in every way possible. I thought after that precious baby was born, he would want to do right by her. Last night, the drugs won. He had gotten over his head in debt by buying drugs and told his mom yesterday he felt like he was drowning. He was suppose to come home last night so we could help him get out of the mess he was in, instead, we had 3 patrol cars show up. To make a long story short, he got mixed up with the wrong people and tried to rob a business. He was on probation for something else he was stupid about, so this time he will be sent away.
We tried to raise him right, but sometimes it doesn't work. We are left feeling like we have failed him somehow. We have battled his drug problems and stupid decisions for several years now and have exhausted our funds, and now we have lost him to the system.
My precious grandbaby has lost her father for several years I'm afraid. I am trying to think that this is God's way of helping him by getting him off the streets and some rehab help without the influences of others.
I don't want to be a bother, but please pray for my family. I feel like I have no more tears to shed, but I know there are many more to come. Thank you!
