changed out two split units this week,now my knees are right back where they were,hurtin with every step and im leaving for a week of fishing in Florida saturday feels like old times,so much for cortisone

Go to a M.D. that concentrates on nutrition. He will tell you what you need in order for your body to grow cartilage faster than you wear it out. It works well. Seen it work for several people. It will be a combination of just a few supplements. Drugs will not work.

It works well. Seen it work for several people. It will be a combination of just a few supplements. Drugs will not work.

There may be others, but HVAC instaltion is the hardest think I can think of on the knees.

There may be others, but HVAC instaltion is the hardest think I can think of on the knees. That and flooring installation. Good luck on your pain getting more tolerable. I can't imagine how bad it must hurt for you to need cortisone shots.

Try looking into Supartz injections they work muck better and I have had them last up to 2 years on my knees.

Glucosamine/Chondroiton @ 1500mg/1200mg twice a day.
Also get you a 3X3 foam piece to kneel on.

The Air Force and calling around under F/4s and F/16s got mine.I feel for you.I put it off for a long time but arthroscopic knee surgery to remove scar tissue fixed mine. Quick and pretty much painless compared to the pain I was having.
