Biden did what they needed and wanted him to do. Problem is he WAY OVER did it.It was more like a 90 minute gaffe. Made him annoying and fake. The liberal base may have thought in thier own mines it was great and could have been if not over done, but the undecided voters that matter, i think were very turned off by it.
