Makes me wonder....If this live animal test proponents tout as the cat's meow is so good, why do we keep getting new farms testing positive? Either the test does not work well enough, or the deer farmers are moving deer they shouldn't be moving.
Either way, Deer farming is not something we want here. I bet it rears its ugly head again this year though.
