Nice chinook.....Yall can catch them a lot closer than Alaska, Lake Michigan has a ton of them. Not only out in the lake but in the streams in the fall.

Actually, that's a King Salmon. I liked Alaska. Plan on moving their for a few weeks at a time in the near future.

King salmon...Chinook salmon are the same fish, caught many of them out of the lake and stream that ran next to my house. 32 lb was my largest, caught on a hot pink J-plug trolling off the port of Indiana.
Most guys have never seen a downrigger set up so don't be to hard on them.
