I've always questioned the quality of the steel, design looks excellent. Just how long will it hold a edge and how easy is it to sharpen the gut blade? I have a Buck 110 and am very satisfied. How do these knives compare to it? I use my buck to not only gut a deer but to also rip up the side of the ribs where they join the sternum. I also love the weight of a Buck and the size of the handle, makes it easier to handle. Just trying to make a comparison.

It holds a blade very well and for a long time, several of my friends have one and use them a lot! They all love them!

They all say that it is very easy to re-sharpen as well
