I hunted yesterday and saw 7 does but just couldnt close the deal.I set up a little diffrent this morning.About 8 I saw a deer take of running thru the woods flagging its tail.As I sat there watching wondering what spooked it I caught movement in a old roadbed about 15 yards away.I saw it was a coyote put the scope on him and fired. The arrow hit home and the coyote jumped 3 feet high.I retrieved my arrow at 10 and picked up the trail.I found lots of blood and some intestine ,due to the quartering toward me shot. I tracked him about a 100yards and found where he throwed his lunch up from there he went on up the mountain and into a den.I was amazed at his toughness! I sure wanted to show him off.Anyway thats one less yote in Grundy.Sorry for the long read.
