I caught a 20 inch keeper on Douglas in a tourney a couple of weeks ago but no picture. It's almost time for the brown fish to come up. I've caught 4 over 20 inches from Douglas since last October.

A 20 inch brown fish is a TARP qualifying fish

Yeah I know. I've caught smallmouth and largemouth since moving here that would qualify. Just haven't worried with sending them in. I caught a smallmouth that was 22 1/4 or 22 1/2 last October... I would have to look it up. That was a big one.

It's on my list, I have done 18 1/4" twice and recently watched a buddy of mine catch a 19". I don't get out and fish for smallmouth all the time, only occasionally, but at some point I'll get one that is 20" and probably will take it home to eat too.

A 14" is much tastier imo!
