Black Middle Class Economically Vulnerable
Downturn has wiped out gains of last 30 years, Urban League says
The median annual household income for blacks declined by 11.1 percent (from $36,567 to $32,498) from June 2009 to June 2012, according to an analysis of Census Bureau data by Sentier Research.
To which I say GOOD. They SHOULD suffer for their destructive, race-based choices.

That's a good question... I tried to find a solid answer and like most politics based questions, it's subject to interpretation. Here's a good place to start. See page 33...

I remember one time a president needed there to be a change in what the line for poor vs lower middle class so they just put out that some one earning this amount was considered in the middle class. I can not remember who it was but i was so happy i made it out of the poor classification. It is a game they all play.
