I have the Combo Hunt/Fish and Archery. And I know I need the LBL permit as well. Do I also have to have the Type 094?

Not if u hunt in lbl only, u will need an lbl huntin permit and if u camp u will also need campin permit. They sell a combo hunt/camp use 2 be $25
|

So I am camping and have already paid for my site, so I still need a camping licenses??

I think the "back country camping permit" is only required if your are camping outside of a designated campground. You should just need the hunting permit only. It is available on the TWRA site or you can buy it at the LBL Welcome station or at the campground (I know Piney campground for sure, otheres may vary).
