Planned on taking a few days off from hunting. Can't stand it, heading out in a couple hours to try for #5. Gonna hunt off the goount in a new plate.
had a guy ask me a few minutes ago, If I ever huntered off the grount on them plates I hunt.

Went, shot a toikey going in. Must have been off a tad. Lots of fedders but watched run for over 100-yards. No blood anywhere and lost my dang arrow, too.
Had three deer run by me at 80-yards, never did se what had them spooked.
Now for the real story. Kept hearing what sounded a little like a deer grunting behind me. Kept looking could not see anything. Every few minutes, heard it, Finally came to me.
I was wearing my $2,000 hearing aids. I was hearing my stomach growling.
Great afternoon. I needed it. Going again Wed. morning to another of the new stands on different property.

Wha did I mizzspell? Look under the leaning tree. There is a dark stup on the right end. De dear got hiz haid behint dat blak stomp.
I gazzuntee I aint dwunks. Hasn't been a chancet of dat in tu yeers and fo munts.
