Why doesn't anyone make sling seat ladder stands anymore? Were they just too comfortable? Dicks used to sell some for around $100 on sale. They were the most comfortable ladder stands I ever sat in. Now, no one makes one. Is it better for hunting if your back side starts hurting and you have to get up to let the blood flow or something? They still make sling seat climbers. Is there some particular reason that ladder stands should not have sling seats?

That isn't the kind I am talking about. I am talking about one with a shooting rail and the seat has a back rest and also the seat is more than just mesh. I am talking about a seat like summit uses on their climbing stands.

Summit does not make sling seat ladder stands anymore. They are all pads sitting on a frame.

I have looked at those. They are the cheap webbed sling seat with no back. I am talking about the comfortable padded sling seat like summit uses in their climbing treestands.

Make your own. Get a ladder stand with a seat from and remove the seat and add a Summit seat.
