Seating a Powerbelt bullet....

I use 50 gr. 777 pellets & Powerbelt bullets.... The bullet is pretty easy to push down the barrel.. Once I reach the stopping point, I still have the urge to give it one more good push... Should I do that? I guess the pellets would crush, wouldnt they? Maybe push the bullet til it reaches this first stopping point & let it go?

I found the answer... NO!
Do not crush the pellets.. Apparently crushing them makes for a little more pressure & could damage your hands & face......

I always make a mark on the rod so I know it's being seated the same each time. I didn't know it created more pressure, just knew you didn't want to crush them by pushing too hard.
