I'm pretty sure I remember this from when I took the course to be an instructor, but I want a TWRA rep to confirm it. My son is 7 and is not old enough to obtain his hunters safety certificate until he is 9. He already has a Lifetime sportman's license. Will he have everything that he needs for the youth hunt this year? I dont think he even needs the license until he's 13 except for taking the place of a Type 94 permit when the regular rifle season opens?
