i make them sometimes,i dont think your floor will last long,i use decking boards or marine plywood

The way that I built it makes fixes that like that fairly easy. I used decking screws and bolts. I can have the existing flooring off and deck boards down within a half an hour. Same with the ladder.

I would add a couple more screws to the rungs of the ladder. Better to overkill than have an accident. Happy hunting.

I agree about the flooring particle broard won't stand much water for very long. Hope you have some help getting out to the woods and up. Looks Pretty Heavy. Good Luck to ya !!
