Let me paint you a mental picture,the property I hunt is all wooded and is on the right side of the road,and the property directly across the road infront of the property I hunt has a small green field that fronts the road.Well I park down the drive way so you can't see my truck from the road,and walk probaby 150-200 yds down through the woods to a small log landing.
Well 9:45am I hear a truck come down the road,and slows to a stop..And then BOOOOOM..Scared the crap out of me. Truck door slams and the truck speeds off real fast. I immediatly call TWRA poaching hotline and no answer,kept trying to call.About 2 mins later,the truck comes back and pulls in the drive (I can hear the gravel poping) for the other property,I hear the truck door slam again,and then what sounds like the tailgate opening and shutting and then both truck doors slam this time,and the truck spins gravel and is gone..
It burns me up,I was so made,I thought about climbing down right then and going home,but stayed till 11 am.If I wasn't in my climber 30ft up,I could have made it back to the road before they got away.But by the time I climbed down the tree and ran back up the hill,they would have been gone.I just kept getting a answering machine that kept saying,that your party is not availible..Its been a rough season so far.

That sucks. It happens everywhere. Im sure it will never stop but maybe more and more will get caught every year.

AEDC is the worst I have seen for road hunter I have the same trucks pass by my stand from 7am till noon over and over driving 5 mph burns me up

I'm out in Cocke county and have been hearing random single shot rifle and shotgun every morning that i have hunted. I know they are not practicing , because within an hour of sun rise it stops ; how the heck is practicing that early. They must be Democrats getting their fair share.

That sucks. It happens everywhere. Im sure it will never stop but maybe more and more will get caught every year.
It would stop if/when we start shooting poachers..... SSS.
