I know stealing pumpkins and smashing them on roadsigns and mailboxes is something teenagers have been doing for a while, but taking the decorations and flowers sounds a little more sinister.

Police think it was adults because it was raining and they also took the mums. He said kids won't mess with the flowers. They were very selective on what they took, took the more expensive decor
