I have finally talked my wife into shooting a deer this year instead of just "observing". My question is I know the apprentice license allows you to go without a hunters safety course for one year , but does this cover adults as well ? If i got her a hunting/fishing license, Big game muzzleloader , and an apprentice license does that cover her for this year as long as I am with her ?

She will be covered as long as she uses a muzzleloader. If She wants to take a doe on the G/M/A hunts though she will need a Type 94 Non-quota Permit.
