Sorry y'all. Battery went dead on i phone.
I had two doe slip up on my right side. Bow was hanging on limb and I was half asleep. They appeared from nowhere! They were at 15 yds, but a bit nervous. I was frozen, could not move (on a ladder stand only 15 feet high). They finally walked away, straight away. No shot except right at the butt, so I just watched em walk away. Then, 30 mins later, I had two big doe feeding their way right toward me. They were at 65 yds and closing in, headed to persimmons, when two buttwipes on a dune buggy/ATV came busting thru the woods, joyriding. Naturally, the deer bolted.
At 6:15, big doe came out of thicket to my right, 60 yds away and meandered directly away from me, toward a creek.
Oh well, still a good day in the woods. Just wasn't meant to be.
